E-Drive Boat Lift Gears

Shop E-Drive boat lift gears and fully enclosed direct-drive systems for compatible boat lifts. Boat Lift Distributors offers AMS E-Drive options in multiple gear ratios and capacities, including 480:1 and 600:1 drive units and complete E-Drive kits for 4,000 lb, 5,000 lb, 6,000 lb, and 7,000 lb boat lift applications.

Unlike traditional belt-driven flat plate systems, E-Drive units use a fully enclosed double-reduction gear set housed in cast aluminum. The AMS E-Gear Series features a through-shaft design that allows for mid- or end-of-pipe installation and is designed to adapt to 2-inch pipe with a 2.375-inch outside diameter. Available systems use 115/230V C-Face motors, with motor horsepower varying by the specific E-Drive configuration.

Choose from E-Drive units sold separately or complete kits that combine the drive and compatible motor for a more complete replacement or upgrade. When selecting an E-Drive, consider your boat lift’s capacity, existing drive configuration, gear ratio, motor requirements, pipe size, and installation location.
