These limit switches are designed to work with GEM remote models ending in “A,” which indicates auto control or auto stop capability. A compatible limit switch is required for the auto control function, and the appropriate switch depends on the type of motor or gear system used on your boat lift. K-wire may also be required when connecting certain limit switches to GEM remote systems.
